Please read our refund terms carefully before making a purchase.
1. Digital Product – No Refund After Download
All of our products are digital files.
Once the product is delivered and accessed/downloaded, all sales are final.
Because digital files cannot be returned, we do not offer refunds for:
- Change of mind
- Accidental purchases
- Already downloaded files
- Compatibility issues on your device
- “I didn’t like it” type reasons
2. Refunds Before Download
A refund may be issued only if:
- Your payment was completed but
- You did NOT receive the download link, or
- You received a corrupted file that cannot be opened
In these cases, we will resend the file.
If the issue continues, we will process a refund.
3. Duplicate Payments
If you were charged twice for the same order, please contact us with:
- Email used for purchase
- Transaction ID
- Screenshot of payment
We will verify and issue a refund for the duplicate payment.
4. Incorrect Product Delivery
If you received the wrong product, please contact us.
We will send the correct product at no extra cost.
